Security deposit Euros 150,-

Please take into consideration additional Euros 85,- for mandatory end cleaning /linen wash.

Changeover day: Sundays or Saturdays preferred but we will try and be flexible to accommodate your wishes particularly for longer lets. Please leave by 10.00 a .m. and do not arrive until 3.00 p.m. unless otherwise agreed.
